Individual, Child & Family Psychotherapy

View Services

Rachel Brody, LCSW, PPSC

I provide a warm, safe and supportive environment, supporting my clients through a combination of psychodynamic, family, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral and attachment-based therapy.

I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, families and adults. Sometimes the focus of the session is largely on a struggling child, although this often leads to providing help for the parents/guardians in their roles both in and out of the family. Consequently interventions can occur primarily with the child, the family, the parents, or some combination of the above. Every client’s situation is nuanced and individual; my approach is always tailored to fit the specific dynamics at hand.

My goal is always to support positive change. Whether my clients are children, adolescents, parents, couples or adult individuals, the focus of our time together is always to improve the quality of the lives of all concerned. Both the process and the outcome of the work we do together is about enhancing and improving your life.
